Who's Who In HR?

The Human Resources Unit of the South Australian Tourism Commission consists of Summa Gilbert, Manager Human Resources and Matthew Styling, Senior Human Resources Consultant. We have responsibility for developing, implementing and advising on a range of human resources strategies, policies and procedures. This includes recruitment, induction, payroll, performance management, training, occupational health and safety, industrial relations and workforce planning.

We also play a key role in facilitating a number of change initiatives, which are described in "The People Plan", a HR strategy which aims to ensure that our people are assisted to perform at their best in a healthy climate of ongoing learning and development. There are four key areas outlined in The People Plan.
